2026 started with a lot of challenges with the dust extraction.
The main filter bag of both systems failed (broke) and caused the system to clog and malfunction.
Actually the bags were expected to fail – they have been in “production” for more then 6 months.
A small hole had been forn on a sharp edge. This edge is now removed.
But worse – someone has poked the bags with a stick from underneath. Extremely unprofessional.
A fast response from Bajrke, with assistance from Scheipner fixed the system temporarely.
Tuesday 13th the alu coated filter bags has been replaced and the piston filters cleaned.
Wednesday midday Extraxction I failed again. The filterbag had come loose at the bottom.
Af resecuring – end recleaning the pistonfilters, that were totally filled with dust, the system is now fully operational.
Extraction II wilol be inspected tomorrow morning, to ensure continued operation.
