Martin Table Saw – adjustments

“Spaltekniv” has been grinded down so the tip is not as pointy and sharp.
The bracket for the knife has been inspected and cleaned. Must be observed if it stays in place. A large nut could potentially release over time, even though it has been locked with Locktite.

The ruler on the rolling “parallel-land” has been 2mm(1.6mm) off. This was caused by too high tension on a screw in the plastic magnifying glass – breaking thread. A new screw has been inserted. Please do not try to adjust this – it is very fragile.

The two small parts of the table just behind the blade – one aluminium, one nylon – has been adjusted so they are now aligned with the table. The Nylon part could be replaced, a corner has broken off.

The far corner of the main table/land had dropped down due to a failing stainless threaded rivet in the base. An old fix was no longer adequate – this has been replaced.
A simple solution with a bolt and some washers will be tested as a solution for now.
